Logan Grendel has been a photographer and digital artist in his hometown of New York City for the past 10 years. In 2001, he began working on a series of photographic projects which had elements of still images and narrative, but it wasn't until 2004 when a series of dreams based on world events gave birth to the cohesive concept for Harlequin's Song. Book 1 began shooting in late 2005 and was published in 2006.
In addition to capturing photos Logan also works as a dog trainer, and in his "spare time" is a musician and dancer.
Though the story is his idea, he hopes sincerely that this less than sunny vision of the future is merely the product of an overactive imagination.
